Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Legends Mounting. By booking any service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before scheduling.

 

1. Booking & Deposit Requirements

  • All appointments require a non-refundable deposit equal to one (1) hour of service.

  • The deposit must be paid at the time of scheduling to secure your appointment.

  • This deposit will be applied toward the final balance.

 

2. Service Minimum

  • All services have a one-hour minimum charge.

  • After the first hour, billing continues in 30-minute increments at the hourly rate.

 

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • The required deposit is non-refundable for any cancellation.

  • Appointments may be rescheduled one time with at least 24 hours’ notice, and the deposit will be applied to the new appointment.

  • Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may require a new deposit.

 

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Ensure the mounting location is clean, accessible, and ready for installation.

  • Provide accurate information about wall type (drywall, studs, brick, plaster, etc.).

  • Ensure all equipment (TVs, mounts, shelves, mirrors, etc.) is on-site at the time of service.

  • Secure any required building or landlord permissions.

 

5. Liability & Damages

  • Legends Mounting is not responsible for pre-existing damage, weak structures, hidden wall issues, improper wiring, or unsafe mounting surfaces.

  • Customers are responsible for verifying that their mounting surface is suitable for installation.

  • Any damage resulting from hidden or unknown conditions inside the wall (electrical lines, plumbing, weak studs, etc.) is not the responsibility of Legends Mounting.

 

6. No Warranty

  • Legends Mounting does not offer any warranty on installations, equipment, or workmanship.

  • Once the installation is complete and the technician leaves the premises, all liability transfers to the customer.

 

7. Payment Terms

  • Final payment is due immediately upon job completion.

  • Accepted payment methods: cash or electronic payment (Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, etc.).

  • Failure to pay may result in additional fees.

 

8. Safety & Right to Refuse Service

  • If the technician determines that the job cannot be performed safely, Legends Mounting reserves the right to refuse service.

  • Unsafe or inappropriate environments may result in cancellation without refund of the deposit.
